Charles J. Hahn Assistant Secretary

Charles J. Hahn is currently Tax Director and Assistant Secretary for The Dow Chemical Company, and is based in Midland, Michigan, at the company's global headquarters.

Charles J. Hahn joined The Dow Chemical Company in 1976 as a Tax Attorney. In 1979, he became Tax Manager for the Latin American Area of Dow. He was appointed Manager, Tax Research and Planning in 1984, Assistant Tax Director in 1990, and Tax Director and Assistant Secretary of Dow in 1994.

Chuck attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison, receiving his B.A. in Economics in 1973, and both a M.B.A. in Finance and J.D. degree in 1976. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar, American Bar Association, and Past Chairman of both the ACC Tax Policy Committee and the International Tax Sub-Committee of NAM.
