Elemica
Dow is currently transacting with approximately 300 customers and suppliers via Elemica. The deployment of this capability is global.
In 2006, Dow received more than 95,000 customer orders through Elemica, representing an increase of more than 25 percent over the same period in 2005. Forecasting for 2007 has Dow at well over 120,000 orders and an expected 25 percent growth over 2006. Dow expects this growing trend to continue as Elemica is our most effective channel for electronic messaging.
