Plaquemine/Grand Bayou Operations (Plaquemine and Grand Bayou, LA)
- Started operations in 1958
- More than 50 different products that go into a variety of consumer goods such as antifreeze, plastic bags, surfactants, solvents, chlorine
- "Industrial park" site: joint ventures with Exxon (Dexco); Ineos; Air Products; Transport Services
- Integrated production site with utilities such as power generation and water treatment (incoming for drinking and cooling and outgoing)
- $1.4 million given back to the community through United Way, educational outreach programs, and community grants; over 20,000 hours of employees' time in volunteering
- Recognized by Nature Conservancy, Keep America Beautiful, Greater Baton Rouge Growth Coalition Good Growth Award, United Way Super Star Award, Volunteer Baton Rouge Company of the Year, Governor's Environmental Leadership Awards, OSHA VPP
St. Charles Operations (Hahnville / Norco, LA)

- More than 40 different products that go into a variety of consumer goods as antifreeze, plastic bags, shampoos, shaving cream, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals
- Invested over $1 billion in assets in the1990s
- Integrated production site with utilities
- Over $385,000 given back to the community through United Way and education outreach programs
- Recognized by the state "Partners in Education" for $1.5 million grant to help restructure the St. Charles school system and as a partner with three schools; Governor's Environmental Leadership Award
ANGUS (Sterlington, LA)
- Wholly-owned subsidiary
- Started operations in 1930s
- Over 40 specialty products that go into racing fuel, paints, pharmaceuticals, biocides
- Over $50,000 given back to the community through United Way and educational outreach programs
Amerchol (Greensburg, LA)

- Started operations in 1981
